Our overall rating for well‑led at ESH Community has remained Good.
There was clear leadership and oversight, with managers visible and accessible to staff and people using the service. Governance systems were used to monitor quality, risks, incidents and performance, and to support learning and improvement.

Staff described a positive and inclusive culture, where they felt supported and able to raise concerns. Leaders promoted continuous improvement and used feedback from people, families and staff to inform service development and sustain good quality care.
