Our overall rating for responsive at ESH Community has remained Good.
Care was planned and delivered in a way that responded to people’s individual needs, preferences and circumstances. People were supported to access relevant therapies, activities and external services, and discharge planning was personalised to support continuity of care and recovery.

Information was provided in a way people could understand, and staff were responsive when people’s needs changed. The service worked with families and partner organisations to support timely access to care and effective transitions following discharge.
