Our overall rating for caring at ESH Community has remained Good.
People were treated with kindness, compassion and respect, and were involved in decisions about their care. Staff took time to understand what mattered to people and supported them in a way that promoted dignity, independence and emotional wellbeing.

Feedback from people using the service and from families was positive, highlighting supportive relationships with staff and a recovery‑focused approach. People were encouraged to express their views, and these were listened to and acted upon where appropriate.
