Provider collaboration review: Mental health care of children and young people during the COVID-19 pandemic

We carried out reviews in 7 areas of England In June and July 2021 to find out how services were working together to support children and young people’s mental health during the pandemic.

IR(ME)R annual report

These reports look at our work under the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations 2017. They provide a breakdown of the number and type of notifications we received about IR(ME)R incidents and findings from our inspections. We also share learning from examples of errors and the actions that providers took to improve.
