Leaders and staff demonstrated a clear understanding of the service's vision and values and recognised how their individual roles supported the delivery of safe, high-quality care. The culture encouraged openness, continuous learning, mutual respect and effective teamwork, fostering positive working relationships across the service.

Leaders were visible, approachable and knowledgeable, providing appropriate support and guidance to help staff develop professionally and feel valued. Staff told us they felt treated fairly, able to speak up and provide feedback.

Leaders had governance and risk management processes in place to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement and support continuous service development.
