Patients received information in a clear and accessible format, enabling them to make informed decisions about their care and treatment. They were encouraged to share their views and experiences and were given information on how to raise any concerns or seek further support if needed.

The service made reasonable adjustments to the environment to meet the needs of people whose health conditions or individual circumstances could affect their access to the service, helping to ensure equitable care.

The service also recognised the importance of staff wellbeing and provided support to promote this.
