Our overall rating of effective at ADHD Treatment Centre was rated as Good.

Staff assessed people’s needs and delivered care in line with evidence-based guidance. Assessments were comprehensive and included mental health, physical health and wellbeing. Staff followed recognised clinical guidance and used structured tools to support diagnosis and treatment planning.

The service monitored outcomes and treatment effectiveness through regular reviews and used this information to support continuous improvement. Audit data showed high compliance with prescribing standards and monitoring requirements. Care plans were regularly reviewed to reflect progress and changing needs. People who used the service had capacity to consent to their care and treatment.

Staff worked together as a multidisciplinary team to deliver care. The team included medical, psychological and therapy professionals, with access to external specialist input where required. Staff told us this supported shared decision-making and improved outcomes for people.

Staff had the appropriate skills and competence to deliver effective care, supported by regular supervision.
