Caring
Our overall rating of caring at ADHD Treatment Centre was rated as Good.
People were treated with kindness, compassion and respect, and were involved in decisions about their care. Feedback from people using the service was positive.
People told us they were active participants in assessments and treatment planning and felt their views and concerns were taken seriously. They were encouraged to express their views, and these were listened to and acted upon where appropriate.
Staff took time to understand what mattered to people and supported them in a way that promoted dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
They described a supportive relationship with staff and a person-centred approach focused on improving understanding and management of their condition.
