We want to see your medical indemnity insurance quote or policy because it helps us confirm that you have the correct professional liability insurance. Your policy or quote must cover healthcare professionals against claims of negligence, malpractice and injury arising from clinical practice.

What to include

Provide a copy of your medical indemnity quote or policy.  

This should include:

• the insurer's name
• the insured’s name
• cover for providing online services
• the amount the insurer would pay against claims of negligence, malpractice and injury
