Yeovil Renal Unit

This was the first inspection for this newly registered service. Our overall rating of responsive at Yeovil Renal Unit was good. 

Care was based around peoples’ individual needs and preferences, including temporary patients visiting the area. There were clear pathways and strong links with the local NHS trust, and patients’ care was discussed at multi-disciplinary meetings. 

People were able to provide feedback and make complaints that were listened to and acted upon. 

Information was shared with patients to help support their physical and mental health. The environment was accessible.
