An open, inclusive environment encouraged feedback and honesty, with regular meetings that facilitated learning and continuous improvement. A comprehensive quality assurance framework ensured policy compliance, with regular audits identifying areas for development to maintain high care standards. Farjo Hair Institute combines clinical practice, hair loss medicine, scientific research, and education. Doctors have published research in the discipline, and the service has pioneered innovative treatments. Staff actively monitor and improve outcomes through specialist training.
