Complaints were rare, addressed promptly and used to improve the service provided. The service demonstrated a strong understanding of diverse health and care needs, delivering integrated, flexible care that supported choice and continuity. People received accurate, up-to-date information and were encouraged to provide feedback, ideas, and complaints, which were used for learning and improvement.
