Leaders had the skills, knowledge and experience to run the service effectively. They were visible, approachable and worked closely with staff to maintain high standards of care. Staff told us they felt supported and valued, and there was a strong sense of shared purpose across the organisation.

The provider had a clear vision and strategy focused on improving access to ADHD and ASD assessments. Governance systems were well established and supported safe, high-quality care. Leaders used data and feedback to monitor performance and drive improvement.

There was a strong culture of openness and learning. Staff were encouraged to raise concerns. The provider held regular staff forums, surveys and roadshows to engage with staff and shape the development of the organisation. Staff were recognised for their contributions and supported with wellbeing initiatives.

The leadership team had responded to rapid service growth by investing in clinical leadership, recruitment systems and internal communications. Managers had oversight of safety, incidents and complaints, and used this information to improve services.

The provider worked well with external partners, including NHS commissioners and academic institutions. It used innovation, including AI tools, to improve patient outcomes and manage demand. Staff told us the organisation was forward-thinking and committed to continuous improvement.
