Staff assessed and met patients’ needs in line with national guidance. Clinicians used structured assessments and AI tools to support decision making and documentation. Patients generally felt understood, and that staff made time to get to know them.

Care and treatment followed best practice. Staff used NICE guidance, took part in audits, and supported patients with advice on physical and mental wellbeing. Communication with GP's was effective, and shared care agreements supported continuity of care.

Outcomes were monitored using recognised tools and clinical audits. AI systems helped track progress and manage clinical information efficiently. Patient feedback was reviewed regularly to inform improvements.

Staff worked well together and understood consent requirements. Patients gave consent before treatment, but some were unaware their assessments were recorded.
