Patients were given clear information, involved in decisions and supported to maintain choice, control and independence. Staff responded promptly to anxiety, discomfort and changing needs, providing reassurance and practical support. The provider also promoted staff wellbeing and maintained an inclusive and supportive culture, enabling staff to deliver person-centred care.
