The registered manager made sure the person they supported was at the centre of their care and support choices. Decisions about how to respond to any changes in the person’s needs were made in partnership with them. The person’s care and support plan was person specific and clearly detailed what, when and how they liked things to be done.

People told us the registered manager was responsive and easily contactable. They said they knew how to make a formal complaint if needed, but they were happy to speak directly to the registered manager whenever needed. The registered manager regularly sought feedback about the quality of the service from the person they supported.
