Kindness, compassion and dignity
People told us the registered manager always treated them with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. The registered manager also treated people from other organisations, such as the other care providers, with kindness and respect.

Responding to people’s immediate needs
People told us the registered manager listened to them and understood their needs, views and wishes. The registered manager knew the person they supported well and confirmed they responded to their needs quickly and appropriately, whenever needed, to help minimise any discomfort, concern or distress.
