Our view of the service

For You Social Care Ltd is a domiciliary care service providing support to adults who live in their own homes. At the time of our assessment the service supported 54 people. Not everyone using the service received personal care. CQC only assesses and inspects where people receive personal care. At the time of this assessment there were 52 people who received regulated care and support. This was the first assessment of this service, and we reviewed all key questions and quality statements. The assessment was carried out remotely between 5 February and 16 February 2026, we did not visit the office.

The provider worked with people and health care partners to establish and maintain safe systems of care. Risks to people’s health, safety and wellbeing were assessed and regularly monitored. People were supported by consistent staff who had the training and skills to carry out their role. Staff recruitment processes were in place. Staff were kind caring and knew people well. Governance arrangements were effective in driving improvements. Staff spoke positively about the management team and told us they were provided with learning and development opportunities, and that the registered manager promoted an open and inclusive culture. Comments included, “It’s an amazing team that encourages growth” and “I would recommend this company to family and friends”.
