At our last inspection we rated this key question requires improvement. The service was in breach of legal regulation in relation to Regulation 17 HSCA (RA) Regulations 2014 Good governance. The service had made improvements and is no longer in breach of regulations. At this inspection, the rating has changed to good.

This meant people's outcomes were consistently good, and people's feedback confirmed this.
