Our view of the service

We carried out this assessment between 29 and 31 July 2025. 

At our last inspection from 17 May 2022 to 9 June 2022 we rated the provider as requires improvement overall, and found the following breaches in Regulation 17 HSCA (RA) Regulations 2014 Good governance: 

• The service did not ensure that drug urine testing is undertaken in line with client needs
• The service did not ensure that clients have access to timely medical reviews
• The service did not ensure that all staff have access to supervision 

At this inspection, we rated the service as good. The service had made improvements and is no longer in breach of regulations. Urine drug testing was being carried out regularly, medical reviews were being carried out in a timely manner and staff had access to regular supervision in line with the providers policy.
