The service promoted people’s independence, so they knew their rights and had choice and control over their own care, treatment. and wellbeing.

People were positive about the support and treatment they received. One person said they had only good things to say about the service, that they were supported the whole way through treatment and that staff tell you how well you have done and how far you have come.

People said they appreciated regular check ins and described key workers as knowing them very well. One person said their key worker knew them well enough to quickly pick up on when things were not right with them and respond appropriately.
