Kindness, compassion and dignity
The service was good at treating people with kindness, empathy and compassion and in how they respected people’s privacy and dignity. Staff always treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect.
The service had arrangements to promote people’s privacy, for example, a quiet room was available if needed. The National GP Patient Survey (GPPS) 2025 data reported that 96% of people responding to the survey felt listened to. Since the inspection, GPPS have published new results, in July 2026. The new data suggested 96% of the respondents continued to say they felt listened to.
The 2025 National GP Patient Survey (GPPS) found that 94% of respondents felt their healthcare professional treated them with care and concern. Updated GPPS results, published in July 2026, showed an improvement, with 96% of respondents reporting the same experience. This was consistent with feedback gathered during our assessment, where people described staff as helpful, caring and supportive.
