The recent recruitment of two GP partners had increased the practice's clinical workforce and capacity, and the partnership had developed a new mission statement which they planned to share with staff. The practice’s primary goal was to enhance the health and wellbeing of every patient by delivering accessible, high-quality healthcare in an inclusive environment with a commitment to promoting equality.
Staff we spoke with told us they were supportive of and supported by the leadership and management team, the culture and direction the service, and each other. Staff told us leaders were approachable and took the time to listen and there was a no-blame culture. There was an appropriate whistleblowing procedure, which staff understood and could access a freedom to speak up guardian.
