Ratings - Patient transport services
Our view of the service
We conducted this assessment following due to the length of time it had been since the previous inspection. We inspected every quality statements across the safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led key questions and have combined the scores for these areas to give the rating. The service overall was rated good.
People's experience of this service
Whilst on the assessment we observed some patient care. People we spoke with were positive about the staff treating them with warmth and kindness and providing effective care and treatment.
As part of the assessment process, we were provided with patient feedback and the service received lots of positive patient comments about the care they received whilst being transported.
