Staff told us they understood their role and responsibilities.
The registered manager informed us that they had recently implemented an electronic accident reporting system. This system was designed to automate and streamline the process, ensuring that all accidents are reported accurately and consistently, while also providing real-time access to data for better decision-making and compliance tracking.
Audits were completed to ensure that care aligns with expected standards, identify successful practices, and highlight areas for improvement.
