Caring
Staff told us they supported people to make choices. People told us they were given the support to be as independent as they can be, within their own capabilities. People said staff were all kind, caring and were happy to give any support needed. An external professional commented, ‘’Peaches Healthcare have always supported patients well and been very helpful when any communication has been needed’’.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
People said staff were all kind, caring and are happy to give any support needed.
The registered manager told us, ‘’At Peaches, our foundational principles are deeply rooted in the provision of compassionate, person-centred care, which is instrumental in ensuring that each individual is treated with dignity and respect.’’
One staff commented, ‘Whenever challenges arise, there’s always someone willing to offer help, guidance, or simply a listening ear’.
An external professional commented, ‘’Peaches Healthcare have always supported patients well and been very helpful when any communication has been needed’’.
Treating people as individuals

Independence, choice and control
People told us the provider offered a choice of male or female carers for their care.
Staff told us they supported people to make choices. One staff member commented, ‘‘I offer activities to service users. I ask them what interests they have, I play with them quiz or if they like to play board game, or we go out for shopping’’.
The provider had a process whereby they asked people if they had a preference for the gender of the staff working with them. This was recorded in care plans.
