The provider had clear responsibilities, roles, systems of accountability and good governance. They used these to manage and deliver good quality, sustainable care, treatment and support. They acted on the best information about risk, performance and outcomes, and shared this securely with others when appropriate.

There was a clear governance framework in place to monitor the quality and safety of the service. Audits were completed regularly and outcomes shared with staff to help drive service improvement.

Staff consistently spoke positively about the management team. They described good communication, supportive leadership and said managers were visible, approachable and accessible. This helped staff feel listened to, well supported and confident to raise concerns or suggest improvements.
