This assessment was planned to review breaches in regulation found at our last assessment.
We used a range of different methods to help us understand people's experiences. These included reviewing documents, speaking with employees and contacting people who used the service and their relatives for their views on care they receive.
Care plans were person centred and guided staff on how best to support people. Staff were positive about the management and support they received as employees of the service. They told us they felt valued and listened to. System and processes for auditing the service had been strengthened since our last assessment.
The provider was previously in breach of the legal regulation in relation to safe care and treatment and good governance. Improvements were found at this assessment, and the provider was no longer in breach of regulation.
