question good. At this assessment the rating has remained good. This meant people were

supported and treated with dignity and respect; and involved as partners in their care.

The provider promoted people’s independence, so people knew their rights and had choice and

control over their own care, treatment and wellbeing.

People had access to a choice of regular activities and during our inspection there was an

entertainer providing a singing session that was very well received. We saw people dancing and

joining in. One relative told us, “I have absolutely no worries about my mum. She always seems

happy, and she joins in with activities. I think she has fun.”
