Good

Updated 4 August 2025

This means we looked for evidence that people’s care, treatment and support achieved good outcomes and promoted a good quality of life, based on best available evidence.

At our last assessment we rated this key question good. At this assessment the rating has remained good.

Good: This meant people’s outcomes were consistently good, and people’s feedback confirmed this.

We looked at five care plans and found them to be a comprehensive care plan for each client that met their mental health needs. Care plans were developed with the client’s input.

Staff delivered care in line with best practice and national guidance for treating ADHD such as offering behavioural therapy, psychoeducational workshops, and involving family where appropriate.

Staff made sure clients had support for their physical health needs, either from their GP or community services. Staff used recognised rating scales to assess and record the severity of people’s conditions and care and treatment outcomes, such as the Conners rating scale for ADHD.

We saw consent to treatment was recorded in all the care records we looked at.
