The provider described the values of the service as caring, holistic, professional, and patient centred. The provider used their previous experience in district nursing to provide a person-centred approach, considering the client’s whole wellbeing. Feedback from people was positive.

The provider reviewed policies and procedures regularly, and these were kept up to date with relevant information. Policies and information were stored appropriately for ease of access.
