Well-led

Requires improvement

20 November 2025

We looked for evidence that service leadership, management and governance assured high-quality, person-centred care; supported learning and innovation; and promoted an open, fair culture.

At our last inspection we rated this key question good. At this inspection the rating has gone down to requires improvement. This meant the service management and governance systems were ineffective and failed to identify key risks relating to medicines management or take action to reduce or remove risks. Leaders and the culture supported the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
