Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this. The people we spoke with told us, at the time of the assessment, there were no cultural or religious needs that they required support with. The registered manager confirmed staff completed training in relation to human rights, equality and diversity. This was also discussed during supervision and team meetings.
