Arrangements were in place to promote people’s privacy and dignity.

Workforce wellbeing and enablement
Cleadon Ear Care is an independent health service. They are a private ear treatment clinic owned and operated by an individual practitioner. Following a self‑appraisal, the provider reviewed their working arrangements to mitigate the risk of burnout, subsequently leaving their other role with a national health employer to focus fully on their current role.
