Well-led
We found this practice was providing well-led care in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Governance, management and sustainability
At the inspection on 4 July 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulations:
During the inspection we found staff to be open to discussion and feedback.
The practice staff demonstrated a transparent and open culture in relation to people’s safety. The provider demonstrated commitment to delivering safe, sustainable and high-quality care. The findings from the previous inspection had been discussed during team meetings, and there was clear evidence that staff had worked collaboratively to implement the required improvements.
Improved systems and processes had been developed and implemented, and staff worked together in such a way that the inspection did not highlight significant issues or omissions. Areas requiring improvement were acted on immediately.
The information and evidence presented during the assessment was clear and well documented.
The registered manager had sufficient clinical oversight. Leaders demonstrated an improved understanding of the importance of ensuring staff work within their scope of practice. In addition, they carried out regular appointment book and record card reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with the relevant guidance and standards.
The practice had a governance system which included policies, protocols and procedures that were accessible to all members of staff and were reviewed on a regular basis.
The practice had clear and effective processes for identifying and managing risks, issues and performance.
The practice had systems and processes for learning, quality assurance and continuous improvement. This included undertaking audits according to recognised guidance.Further improvements could be made to ensure the practice carried out antimicrobial prescribing audits, aligned with the current guidance.Additionally, the practice should implement systems and processes to actively seek the views of patients about their experience and the quality of care and treatment delivered by the service.
