During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy with the care and treatment they received and treatments were explained to them so they could make an informed choice. They confirmed they were seen in private and staff were friendly and polite.
The practice was clean throughout and procedures were in place for infection control, which were being followed.
The practice was being staffed appropriately to meet the needs of the people who used it.
Most people said they would raise any concerns they might have with the staff so they could be addressed.
Comments received from people about the practice and the staff included 'friendly and polite', 'Dr Winayak is the best dentist I have had, ever. I have no complaints' and 'everything's fantastic. Really.'
