Met Medical

Our overall rating of well-led at Met Medical was good. Emergency and Urgent Care was rated good. Patient Transport services was rated as good.
Support processes were in place to encourage staff to speak up. Staff said they were treated equally and felt safe coming to work. Staff and managers knew their own roles and responsibilities; however, managers did not share the direction and vision of the service with the staff and managerial support for staff was not consistent from all managers. All staff had training in equality, diversity and inclusion, which helped them provide good care to the public and the community. The service had good partnership relationships that were open and engaging.
