Our view of the service
We assessed Met Medical Limited from 15 to 16 July 2025. We carried out a comprehensive assessment of the service as it had never been assessed at the current location and we had received some information of concern about the service. We rated this service as good, the service kept people safe and protected them from harm. People’s treatment outcomes were consistently good and person-centered, meaning that people were respected, treated with dignity and as individuals.

We were able to read reviews of the service from people and their families, the feedback was positive, people felt cared for, treated with kindness and respect. They had confidence in staff treat them appropriately with both emotional and physical needs met.
