Our overall rating for responsive at Met Medical was good. Emergency and Urgent Care was rated as good. Patient Transport Services was rated as good.
People were listened to and were involved in the planning of their treatment and care making it person centred. The service used feedback to try and improve. Information was provided in a way that people understood taking into consideration additional communication needs and requirements. People had access to the services provided and received equal and fair treatment with good outcomes.
