At this assessment, the rating for Safe remained Good. People were protected from abuse and avoidable harm. Staff understood their responsibilities for safeguarding and incident reporting and took appropriate action to keep people safe. Risks to people using the service were identified, assessed and managed, and systems were in place to support the delivery of safe care and treatment. The environment and equipment were generally well maintained, and infection prevention and control risks were effectively managed. Although some mandatory training compliance rates were below the provider's target, overall, staff had skills and knowledge required to carry out their roles safely.
