Caring

Good

30 April 2026

Caring – We looked for evidence patients were always treated with kindness, empathy and compassion. We checked that people’s privacy and dignity was respected, that they understood that they and their experience of how they were treated and supported mattered. We also looked for evidence that every effort was made to take people’s wishes into account and respect their choices, to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.

There were no children or young people booked for an appointment on the day of our visit. We reviewed 7 patient files and there was evidence that care and consideration had been given to the needs of children and young people.

This key question is rated as good. This meant people were well-supported, cared for and or treated with dignity and respect.

We have not awarded this service a score for Caring.
