Updated 15 December 2025

We carried out an unannounced inspection of 108 Medical Limited - Harley Street on 18 September 2025 in line with our assessment priorities. We assessed the following assessment service group.

Outpatients

Overall, the service was rated as good.

The service provides outpatient consultation and assessments including surgical consultations and post-operative follow ups for patients who had been operated on by the surgeons who had practicing privileges from the provider. Surgical procedures were not performed at this clinic. These were performed at a hospital which was not part of this service, but where the consultants had practising privileges. Practising privileges are a system of checks and agreements whereby doctors can practice in hospitals without being directly employed by them.

Facilities at the clinic included a treatment room, an X-ray machine, a mammography scanner, an ultrasound scanner, 2 patient waiting areas, 4 consulting rooms, and a reception area. The service had no overnight beds. The service has had a registered manager in post since May 2013.

The clinic was last inspected in September 2013 using the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) previous methodology and was assessed as meeting all standards. The CQC did not rate services at the time of the last inspection. This was the first rating of the service.
