Staff treated people with kindness, dignity and respect.

During the inspection, we observed positive, caring and supportive interactions between staff and patients. Patients and carers spoke positively about staff and the care they received. Carers reported good continuity of care and felt well supported during admission.

Patients were involved in discussions about their care and treatment. Some people felt communication could be improved at times and would have liked more involvement in certain decisions.

However, feedback was mostly positive. Patients generally felt respected, supported and well cared for.
