This is the first time we have rated effective at this location. We rated effective as good.

Patients, and where appropriate their relatives or those close to them, were involved in assessing their needs. Staff considered patients’ physical, emotional, communication, and personal care requirements. Care and treatment were delivered in line with current evidence and recognised good practice guidance. Patient outcomes were positive, with harm-free care consistently promoted. Staff monitored patients’ comfort and wellbeing throughout procedures.

Staff made sure patients had a clear understanding of their care and treatment so they could provide informed consent.
