Patients were supported in a caring and compassionate way, with staff showing respect for their privacy and dignity. Care was personalised, taking into account their wishes and preferences. Staff were attentive and responsive to patients’ needs, while also encouraging open communication by giving patients the chance to ask questions and speak with staff whenever needed.
