At our last assessment we rated this key question requires improvement. At this assessment the rating has remained requires improvement.

This meant people’s needs were not always met. The service did not always ensure young people were at the centre of their care and treatment choices or decisions, and did not agree, in partnership with them, how to respond to any relevant changes in their needs. The design, layout, and furnishings of the ward did not always support young people’s treatment, privacy and dignity.

The service was in breach of Regulation 9: Person Centered Care.
