Well led was rated Inadequate overall.

Urgent and Emergency Care had a full assessment between 17th and 18th December 2024. We undertook another site visit on 8th January 2025 to follow up the concerns we found on 17th and 18th December 2024 and, due to ongoing concerns we, visited again on 10th March 2025. Effective was rated Inadequate.

Medical care including care of older people was assessed in December 2024. Following our assessment the Well Led key question was rated Requires Improvement.

Children and Young People Services were assessed for the first time on the 26th November 2024. Following our assessment the Well Led key question was rated Inadequate.

Maternity services were last assessed in March 2024. Following our assessment the maternity Well Led key question rating had increased to Requires Improvement.

Surgery was last assessed in July, August and September of 2021. Well led key question for this service was rated Requires Improvement.
