Responsive – this means we looked for evidence that the service met people’s needs.

At our last assessment we rated this key question requires improvement. At this assessment the rating has changed to good.

Engage Care Services now only supported 1 person. Therefore, it was not possible to assess all areas as there was only 1 care plan to review and 1 staff team to speak with. We were unable to compare how the provider may ensure people received person-centred care due to only 1 person being supported.

The care plan was person centred. However, detailed information for staff to follow for specific support routines was not recorded. No formal complaints had been made. The person said issues they raised had been addressed.

This service scored 68 (out of 100) for this area. Find out what we look at when we assess this area and How we calculate these scores.
