During an assessment under our new approach
We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 2 April 2025. An off-site inspection to cover the clinical aspects of the service was carried out on 9 June 2025.
We found the practice had met regulations.
Infection control procedures in place were effective.
The practice had effective systems to identify and manage risks.
Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
Patients’ care and treatment was provided in line with current guidance.
Patients were treated with dignity and respect and at the time of our inspection, could access care, support and treatment when required.
The practice is in the London Borough of Brent and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children.
There was step-free access to the practice and car parking spaces available, including dedicated parking for disabled people, near the practice.
The practice had 3 treatment rooms.At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 7 staff, of which there were 3 dentists, 1 visiting implant dentist, 1 qualified dental nurse, 1 trainee dental nurse and 1 dental hygienist. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including the principal dentist, the qualified dental nurse, who also carried out practice management duties, and the trainee dental nurse.
The service provides cosmetic treatments, some of which are not in scope of CQC regulation and are not covered in our inspection.
