The service supplied appropriate, accurate and up-to-date information in formats that were tailored to individual needs.

Listening to and involving people

Staff involved people in decisions about their medicines and helped them understand how to manage their medicines safely. People were told who to contact if their condition did not improve or they experienced any unexpected symptoms.

The service made it easy for people to share feedback and ideas, or raise complaints about their care, treatment and support.

We saw a complaint process was in place and there had been no complaints in the last year.
